Visiting this site
The hosting and delivery services process connection information, such as your IP address, to serve pages and protect the site. The consent cookie saves your privacy choices for up to six months.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, my self-hosted Matomo installation records page visits and time spent on the site. The tracker has analytics cookies and browser feature detection disabled. Page URLs sent by this integration exclude query strings and fragments. This does not make every piece of connection information anonymous.
If you reject analytics, this site does not load the Matomo tracker. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future tracking; it does not automatically delete earlier records. Contact me about deletion of information that can be linked to you.
Optional session recording
Session recording is not currently active. Before enabling it, I will update this notice and ask for separate consent. Declining it will not affect your ability to use the site.
No Google or Meta advertising pixels are enabled.
Contact and external services
If you contact me, I use the information you provide to respond and arrange the support you request. The mentoring form sends your message through Formspree. For GCSE enquiries, a parent or guardian should contact me. Please do not send sensitive information or identifying details about a child through a general enquiry. External booking and social services have their own privacy practices when you choose to use them.
The tutoring pages can display a Cal.com booking calendar. It only connects to Cal.com when you click “Choose a time”, or follow the external booking link. Cal.com then processes connection and booking information under its privacy notice. You can email me instead without loading the calendar.
Retention and your choices
I keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or any resulting service, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact me if you need details of retention for a particular record. You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
